Kj Jenison

KJ Jenison has extensive experience in talent management, learning and development, and leadership development. They currently hold the position of Director of Talent Management at Shippo since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Procore Technologies from 2018 to 2022, serving as the Head of Learning & Development and the Manager of Global Leadership Development. KJ also founded The Jenison Group LLC in 2013, where they focused on leadership development and team building. They have additional experience at United Airlines as a Senior Staff Representative and at Integris Performance Advisors as the Director of Client Experience. KJ started their career at Wiley as an Account Representative and at DeVry Inc. as a Support Coordinator.

KJ Jenison holds a B.A. in Communication from Eastern Illinois University. They also obtained a Certificate in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School. In addition to their formal education, KJ has acquired various certifications, including the LifeLabs Learning Community Builder and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn. They have also completed several online courses and programs related to leadership, management, and learning development.
