Tilak Bhattacharya

Tilak Bhattacharya began their work experience at Spice BPO Services Limited in 2008, where they worked as a Team Leader in Tech Support until 2010. Tilak then joined Homeshop18 as a Team Leader in Customer Life Cycle from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they worked at Naaptol.com as a Deputy Manager in customer success until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Tilak worked as a Sr. Manager in Sales at Snapdeal. After that, they served as the Director of Performance Marketing at Socialchull from 2014 to 2019. In 2017, they joined Excitel Broadband as the Head of Customer Life Cycle until 2018. Tilak then worked at Pearson as the Head of Growth from 2019 to 2023, where they managed international student recruitment and was involved in strategic reviews and sales strategies. Currently, Tilak works at Shiprocket as an Associate Director in Enterprise Business - Partnership Growth from 2023.

Tilak Bhattacharya obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Kalinga University, Raipur, from 2007 to 2010. Tilak later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Jaipur National University, which they completed from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, in 2019 and 2020, Tilak participated in the Manage Mentor Program at Harvard Business School Online, where they learned key management concepts to address critical challenges.
