Shanda R. Hall, M.S. is an experienced professional specializing in learning and development, employee experience, and leadership training. Currently serving as an Associate Program Manager for Learning & Development at Shipt since May 2021, Shanda designs and delivers enterprise learning programs and has successfully led the redesign of the onboarding process. As the Founder and CEO of Precise Professional Planning LLC, Shanda provides leadership and career development services. Previously, Shanda held positions at Protective Life, Altec, and Appleton Learning, focusing on training facilitation, employee onboarding, and administrative support. Shanda holds a Master of Science in Adult Learning from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Stillman College, complemented by foundational leadership training from Stagen Leadership Academy.
