Joshua Taylor has been working at Shipware as the Senior Director of Professional Services since January 2021. Prior to this, Joshua had a long career at UPS from September 2003 to January 2021, where Joshua held various roles related to revenue management strategy, pricing, sales, and global product innovation. With over 17 years of experience at UPS and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, Joshua is skilled in optimizing supply chains to improve customer satisfaction and save money.
