Abigayle Rosser

Abigayle Rosser has a wealth of experience in product management, quality assurance, and business development. Abigayle began their career in 2001 as a PMO Administrator at NORWICH UNION LIFE & PENSIONS LIMITED. In 2002, they moved to Vizuri as a Test Analyst. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Barclays Global Investors - London, UK as a QA Test Team Lead. During this time, they were responsible for delivering testing services to the Global Operations Technology department and was the Test Lead for a multi-phased initiative that replaced BGI’s legacy client reporting solution for pooled vehicle accounts. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Morning Group - IT Consultancy as a Quality Assurance Manager. Here, they tracked and verified conversion quality during the global Fund Accounting move from the IBT legacy network to State Street. In 2010, they joined BlackRock as a Product Manager, Vice President. During this time, they identified new market and revenue opportunities for Blackrock’s Securities, Lending & Finance business and launched BlackRock’s United States Mutual Fund and Non-Cash lending program. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at CORE40 Studios as a Lagree Fitness Trainer. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Senior Product Manager at Jungle Scout. During this time, they were responsible for delivering on Jungle Scout’s mission to empower individuals to successfully launch an online Amazon FBA business. Abigayle standardized Jungle Scouts early stage product management process, expanded feature set by over 300%, decreased churn, delivered a consistent user experience, audited Jungle Scout’s data analytic tools, and conceptualized and launched Supplier Database. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Co-Founder at Urban Lagree. Here, they were the head of studio operations including programming, instructor sourcing and training, and company strategy and growth. Currently, they are a Senior Product Manager at Shipwell.

Abigayle Rosser attended Collingham College from 1997 to 1999. Abigayle obtained their ISEB Practitioner Certified in Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in November 2002. In January 2012, they earned their Business Analysis certification from UC Berkeley Extension. In April 2013, they became a Vinyasa Yoga Instructor through Yoga Alliance. In July 2014, they were awarded their Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. In September 2015, they became a Schwinn Spin Instructor through Schwinn Fitness. In December 2015, they were awarded their Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. Finally, in May 2016, they became a Lagree Method Instructor through Lagree Fitness.
