Max McLennan

Max McLennan has held a variety of roles in the software engineering and financial operations fields. In 2016, they were a Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Co-Founder and Software Engineer at Shipwell and Buzzed, respectively. In 2015, they were Co-Founder and Software Engineer at Bedlam Bros, LLC, where they developed a college party planning app for iOS and Android, wrote the iOS client using Objective-C and Swift, and collaborated with their co-founder on a Node.js/MongoDB backend API. Max was also a Software Engineer Intern at Target in 2015, where they designed an iOS SDK for api.target.com, deployed the SDK for developers working on Target's Cartwheel app, wrote a client SDK for Fastly CDN's API in Go, and contributed to an internal inventory monitoring web application written in Node. Finally, they were a Financial Operations Intern at the Indiana Commission for Higher Education in 2013.

Max McLennan attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2011 to 2016, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Max also attended the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs from 2011 to 2016, where they received a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Public Finance.
