Monica Matison

Monica Matison has had a long and varied career in the Human Resources and People Operations fields. Monica began their career in 2000 as a Sales & Channels Support at Micromuse, where they were responsible for liaising with Latin American and US partners to administer Channel sales functions. Monica then moved to Voltage Security in 2004, where they held the roles of EA to CEO, Office Manager, and Marketing Coordinator. In 2006, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Canopus and a Marketing Assistant/Executive Assistant to the COO at support.com. From 2011 to 2014, they were Manager of Associate Services at Redbeacon, which was acquired by The Home Depot. After that, they were People Operations Manager, US at Talend from 2014 to 2015. Finally, since 2019 they have held the roles of VP, People Operations and Dir of People at Shipwell.

Monica Matison attended Westmont College from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics.
