Karen Kay

Karen Kay is a Senior Mental Health Lead and Attendance Lead at Shire Oak Academy since April 2018. Prior to that, Karen worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Avery Healthcare from August 2015 to March 2018. With a background in military service as a Military Police Officer in HM Forces (Army) from October 1992 to March 2002, Karen also has experience as a Regional Director and Area Manager at SkillForce Development from July 2002 to August 2015. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours in Classical Studies from The Open University, where she studied from 2004 to 2013, after completing her education at Aldridge School in 1992.
