Agnes Landau

Agnes Landau currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Shiseido, overseeing all brands in the US since December 2022. Prior to this role, Agnes was an Expert Advisor to private equity and venture capital firms in the luxury beauty sector at AML Consulting. Agnes's extensive experience includes significant positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where leadership roles encompassed Senior Vice President of Strategic Transformation for MAC Cosmetics North America and President and Global General Manager of Darphin. Experience at Clinique involved serving as CMO and Global Head of Marketing, as well as Vice President of Global Marketing for Makeup and Promotions and Vice President of Global Fragrance, Mens, Body, and Sun. Earlier in the career, Agnes held marketing leadership roles at Revlon. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management from Tulane University and an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
