Lindsey Shen

Lindsey Shen is an accomplished retail operations professional with extensive experience in the beauty and fashion industries. Currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations and Planning at Shiseido since March 2019, Lindsey has previously held senior management positions at MAKE UP FOR EVER and Fashion to Figure, where expertise in retail sales and operations was developed. Additional experience includes roles at Bonobos and Kohl's Department Stores, further enhancing skills in showroom sales and store management. Lindsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Apparel Merchandising from Iowa State University.
