Amit Thakur has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amit currently works at SHL as the Commercial Operations Director, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to this, they were the Chief of Staff at SHL, where they played a crucial role in the company's transformation into a SaaS-based organization. Before joining SHL, Amit worked at Aspiring Minds, an SHL Company, where they held positions such as Deputy General Manager - Program Management and Senior Manager - Corporate Sales. Amit achieved significant growth in online traffic, registrations, and sales while leading the E-commerce business. In their role as Senior Manager - Corporate Sales, they achieved consistent revenue growth for three consecutive years and successfully established a new business vertical. Amit started their career as a Management Trainee at AMRIT CORP. LTD and also worked as a Trainee at Pantaloon Retail India Ltd, where they gained experience in consumer behavior and customer profiling.
