Elizabeth Kuhn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Elizabeth began their career as the Director of Marketing & Promotions at St. Paul Saints in 1997, where they managed a team and achieved significant sponsorship deals. In 2001, they joined RE/MAX INTEGRA, North America, initially as a Director of Marketing and later as the Vice President-Marketing Operations. During their tenure, they oversaw various departments and successfully facilitated the company's transition to more efficient operations across regions. Elizabeth also played a crucial role in launching a franchise sales marketing vertical and contributed to the company's overall growth. Currently, Elizabeth holds the position of Global Head of Brand Marketing at SHL since 2022.

Elizabeth Kuhn holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism & Mass Communications from Iowa State University. Elizabeth has also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in 2024.
