Judith Cowan

Judith Cowan is an experienced corporate governance professional currently serving as the Global Head of Company Secretarial at SHL since March 2013, overseeing corporate compliance for over 47 global businesses. Judith's role includes managing statutory filings and adapting companies to meet evolving legal requirements. Additionally, Judith is a Trustee at the South African Educational Trust since September 2020 and has held previous positions, including Legal Specialist for CEB (now Gartner) and Company Secretarial Administrator at Mouchel Limited.
