Kirsten Vandeurzen

Kirsten Vandeurzen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Since January 2017, Kirsten has worked as a Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant at SHL, where responsibility includes building relationships with senior stakeholders and managing complex international projects focused on leadership development, talent analytics, and training course design. Prior to this, Kirsten served as a Consultant in Recruitment & Selection at Hudson, leveraging local expertise and innovative assessment tools to provide HR solutions. Earlier roles include managing student housing at KU Leuven, overseeing recruitment and staff management, and coordinating services at Familiehulp. Kirsten holds a Bachelor and Master in Criminological Sciences and a Master's degree in Family and Sexual Sciences from KU Leuven, complemented by education from Vlerick Business School.
