Kuldeep Yadav

Kuldeep Yadav has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kuldeep started their career as a Senior Vice President of AI & Labs at SHL in 2020, where they focused on fair and equitable hiring through AI-powered assessments and platforms. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of SHL Labs and Director of AI at the same company.

Before joining SHL, Kuldeep Yadav served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Founding Member & Head of AI at VideoKen from 2017 to 2020. At VideoKen, they utilized AI/ML techniques to enhance the consumption and engagement of informational videos. Kuldeep also played a role in the development of VideoKen's patented technology and received the Nasscom AI Game Changer Award.

From 2013 to 2016, Kuldeep worked as a Research Scientist at Xerox Research Center, India. Kuldeep was actively involved in projects related to education, healthcare, and transportation, resulting in multiple patents and papers.

Kuldeep's professional journey began in 2009 when they started their graduate studies at IIIT Delhi. As a Graduate Student and Microsoft Research India PhD Fellow, they focused on geo-localization and location-aware opportunistic communication for mobile phones. Kuldeep completed their thesis and earned recognition for their research.

Throughout their career, Kuldeep gained valuable experience through research internships at Nokia Research Center and Microsoft Research India. Kuldeep also participated in the Microsoft Research India Summer School.

Kuldeep's educational background includes a B.Tech in Computer Science from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, which they completed between 2005 and 2009.

Kuldeep Yadav pursued a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Subsequently, they attended Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Delhi, where they completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science (Mobile Computing) from 2009 to 2013.
