Natalie Jayne started their career in 2012 as a Pattern Cutting Assistant at McQ Alexander McQueen, where they worked on pattern drafting, fabric cutting, and garment sampling. Natalie Jayne then moved on to Georgia Hardinge, where they served as a Design Assistant and was responsible for designing, pattern drafting, and organizing the studio.

In 2014, Natalie worked as a Machine Operative Specializing in Corrugation at Pall Corporation before taking on the role of Assistant Manager at Sandleigh Tea Room and Gardens in North Devon. Natalie Jayne held this position for four years and was in charge of managing the daily operations of the tea room.

Natalie then embarked on a period of travel, exploring countries like Cuba, Mexico, and Central America, before joining Brand Developers Limited as a Sales Consultant. In this role, they focused on building rapport with customers and converting their initial interest into a sale.
