Philip Davies

Philip Davies is an accomplished Senior Consultant at SHL since August 2018, specializing in the delivery of complex talent measurement projects and contributing to business development. Previous roles include Principal Consultant and Senior Assessment & Development Consultant at Amberjack Global, where leadership of large-scale early career talent initiatives was a focus. Philip has also served as Group Talent Manager at Obeikan Investment Group, overseeing comprehensive talent management processes. Early career experiences include positions at Penna and Hudson, where significant recruitment and assessment projects were managed. Philip is a graduate of The Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, following earlier education at Calday Grange Grammar School.
