Jeremy Thilman

Jeremy Thilman has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various managerial and leadership roles. Jeremy is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Shoals Technologies Group since June 2023. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Group Manager at Dura Automotive Systems LLC from April 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Jeremy worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at FreightCar America, Inc. from October 2019 to April 2021, where they were responsible for managing company-wide HR teams and implementing employee-centric programs. Before that, they held various roles at IAC Group, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Supervisor, and HRIS Analyst - Benefits, where they demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training, staff relations, and internal/external communications strategies. Jeremy's work experience also includes a financial shared services internship at an undisclosed company in 2013. Throughout their career, Jeremy has proven their ability to optimize HR processes, improve employee experience, and achieve positive results.

Jeremy Thilman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Walsh College. Jeremy also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Management from Northern Illinois University. In addition, they hold a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
