Jiaxi Cheng

Jiaxi (Cecilia) Cheng, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Shockwave Medical since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Benefits Program Manager, Senior Benefits Analyst, and Benefits Specialist at Sanmina from July 2016 to November 2023. Jiaxi also worked as an HR Generalist at YMCA of Silicon Valley from July 2015 to May 2016 and gained early experience as a Human Resources Intern at Ingersoll Rand in June 2010. Additional roles include volunteering at the 2008 Beijing International Media Center during the Beijing Olympic Games and interning in customer service at The St. Regis Hotel Shanghai. Academic qualifications comprise a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Central University of Finance and Economics.
