Cassie Pekar

Cassie Pekar has over 17 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Currently, they work as the Marketing Director at SHOEBACCA.COM, where they manage a team of 5 employees and oversees various marketing strategies and campaigns.

Before joining SHOEBACCA.COM, Cassie served as the Marketing Director at Sylvie Collection from 2016 to 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Marketing Manager and Social Media Specialist at Angmar Medical Holdings, Inc. from 2013 to 2016.

Cassie also has experience as an Account Manager at Splash Media from 2012 to 2013, as well as a New Media Account Manager at Agency720 from 2010 to 2012. Cassie began their marketing career as a Marketing Coordinator at New Media Gateway, Inc. in 2009.

Additionally, Cassie gained valuable experience through summer internships at TracyLocke, Nordstrom Department Store, and Porcaro Communications between 2004 and 2007. These internships allowed their to learn about different agency structures, work on various accounts, and participate in workshops and lectures.

Throughout their career, Cassie has demonstrated strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills. Cassie is experienced in executing successful marketing campaigns and analyzing their performance.

Cassie Pekar attended the University of North Texas from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Arts and Sciences with a focus on Advertising and Marketing. In April 2021, they obtained a certification as a Confluence 2021 Attendee from the American Gem Society.
