Marlette obtained their certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in June 2010. Later, in June 2015, Marlette obtained their SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
