Parris Mayhood

Parris Mayhood is an Associate Patent Attorney at Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. since September 2023, specializing in drafting and prosecuting patent applications for energy solutions, telecommunications, wearable articles, and more. Previously, Parris served as a Summer Associate at the same firm in Summer 2022 and completed a Corporate Legal Internship at Compass Minerals, where responsibilities included supporting the production of essential minerals. Academic experience includes a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, a Master of Science (MS) in Biology from Missouri State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Microbiology and Biotechnology from the same institution.
