Tom Grever

Tom Grever is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in environmental law. Currently serving as a Fellow at the American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL) since September 2019, Tom has been a partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon since 2006, focusing on environmental regulation and litigation. From 2001 to 2006, Tom was a partner at Lathrop & Gage LLP, where the practice involved environmental regulatory counseling and litigation, particularly concerning the Clean Air Act. Previously, Tom worked as an associate at Squire Sanders LP from 1996 to 2001, specializing in environmental litigation and compliance counseling, and served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Enforcement Section at the Ohio Attorney General's Office from 1992 to 1996. Tom holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Northwestern University.
