Michael White is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various high-profile restaurants and hospitality settings. Currently serving as Sous Chef at Shooters Waterfront since September 2019, Michael previously held the position of Executive Chef at Tsukuro from January 2014 to May 2019. Additionally, Michael worked as Corporate Sous Chef at Carmines restaurant group and as Interim Sous Chef at Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, both earned from Robert Morris University - Illinois between 2007 and 2010.
