Your Adventure Ahead
Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing in-app marketing campaigns. This will include customer marketing and merchant marketing campaigns.
Customer Marketing:
Engage with cross-functional teams to develop relevant marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain users
Create a quarterly campaign plan and calendar for the local market and ensure seamless execution for these campaigns
Merchant Marketing:
Together with Commercial team, strategize, conceptualize, and execute campaigns that deliver ROI
When possible, act as product marketing to create a product market fit and to promote the existing and newly developed in-app features
Regularly review and assess campaign performances and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Managing multiple promotional communication channels such as banners, push notification, in app notification, onsite notification, SMS, etc to cater both Customer Marketing and Merchant Marketing
