Ajeng D has over 10 years of experience in human resources and general administration roles. Ajeng is currently working at ShopBack as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they are responsible for developing HR infrastructure, policies, and processes. Ajeng collaborates with business heads and managers to implement HR strategies and guide communication of new policies and programs. Ajeng has also worked as an HR Manager at Danabijak, J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, and PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance, where they developed and implemented HR strategies, managed recruitment and selection programs, and established employee compensation and benefit plans. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Officer at Tribun Network and as an HR & GA Supervisor at Tunas Rent. Ajeng began their career as an HR & GA Staff at PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk, where they administered HR programs and policies and managed general affairs and office management processes.

Ajeng D has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including HR Manager National Certification from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) in September 2022, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn Learning in May 2021, Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn in January 2021, and People Analytics from LinkedIn in January 2021.
