Brenda Lye

Brenda Lye has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brenda started their career in 2016 as a Summer Intern at Adidas, where they gained knowledge in footwear creation and operations management. In 2017, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Admin Intern at Frasers Hospitality, where they created marketing material, managed social media accounts, and assisted with sales calls. In 2018, Brenda served as a Student Ambassador at Alliance Manchester Business School, representing the school and assisting with various events. In the same year, they worked as an Agency Director for Postmates Advertising Campaign at the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, managing a team and developing an integrated marketing campaign. From 2019 to 2020, Brenda was a Digital Content Ambassador at Alliance Manchester Business School, writing blogs, conducting campus tours, and participating in student panel presentations. Brenda also had internships at Universal Pictures, where they collaborated with USC to develop franchise marketing strategies, and StoreHub, where they refined and executed social media strategies. Most recently, starting in 2020, Brenda joined StoreHub as a Senior Social Media & Content Specialist, responsible for creating and administering content on various social media platforms, achieving significant growth rates in reach and engagement, and leading KOL projects. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Senior Social Media Associate at ShopBack.

Brenda Lye completed their high school education at the British School of Guangzhou from 2009 to 2016, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Brenda then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Management with American Business Studies at the University of Manchester from 2016 to 2020. In 2018 and 2019, Brenda attended the USC Marshall School of Business, where they furthered their studies in International Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Brenda obtained the HubSpot Email Marketing Certification from HubSpot in March 2021. Additionally, they earned the Google Analytics For Beginners certification from Google in January 2021.
