Ethel Ching

Ethel Ching is a Singaporean senior talent acquisition associate and consultant with over two years of experience in the recruitment industry.

Ethel started their career as a consultant at Ambition in 2019, where they helped place professionals in banking, finance, accounting, sales, marketing, supply chain, and technology roles. In their two years there, they built a strong reputation as a specialist in their field and established deep relationships with clients and candidates.

In 2021, Ethel transitioned to Secretlab, a global gaming chair brand, where they served as a senior recruiter. During their time there, they helped Secretlab secure partnerships with some of the biggest names in esports and entertainment.

Ethel is currently a senior talent acquisition associate at ShopBack, where they continue to help businesses grow by finding the best talent for their needs.

Ethel Ching has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accountancy from National University of Singapore and The University of Hong Kong.
