Kandarp Sharma

Kandarp Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2017, they co-founded a start-up called Albatross_TheDiver, where they focused on organizing budget-friendly recreational trips for students in India. Kandarp conducted extensive market research by surveying thousands of students to develop a business idea based on their interests.

In 2018, Kandarp worked as an intern at ABB, followed by another internship at SGS Weather & Environmental Systems Pvt. Ltd. in 2017.

From 2019 to 2020, Kandarp served as a Learning Consultant at Great Learning, where they collaborated with Stanford University and targeted C-suite executives to promote and sell their online Design Thinking program. Kandarp achieved consistent monthly sales of over $50,000, handled contract preparation and order processing, and established new customer accounts through persistent outreach efforts and excellent customer service.

In 2021, Kandarp worked as an Environmental Consultant at Anglo American, contributing their expertise to environmental initiatives.

In 2022, they joined Shack Homewares as a Sales Consultant. In this role, they interacted with more than 50 customers daily, delivering personalized service to enhance product appeal and customer satisfaction. Kandarp also maintained accurate drawers and monitored shopper behavior to support loss prevention goals.

Currently, Kandarp holds the position of Business Development Manager at ShopBack, a role they have been in since June 2022. Additionally, they will assume the role of National Partnerships Manager in July 2023. Further details about these roles are not provided.

Kandarp Sharma pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Amity University from 2015 to 2019. Afterward, they attended UNSW Business School from 2020 to 2022 to complete their Master of International Business, specializing in International Business.
