Nathalie Yap

Nathalie Yap has a work experience in various companies. Nathalie currently works at ShopBack as a CRM Associate, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Esthetics International Group as a Digital & E-Commerce Executive from May 2021 to December 2021. Nathalie also worked at Fave, where they started as an Intern from April 2019 to June 2019, and later became a Customer Relationship Management Executive from July 2019 to October 2020. In their role at Fave, they were responsible for managing Fave Singapore's CRM, including push notifications and EDMs, conducting A/B testing, analyzing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for CRM initiatives.

Nathalie Yap obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak. Nathalie attended this institution from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Commerce at Institut Sinaran from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Nathalie Yap obtained a Google Ads Search Certification from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in February 2021.
