Rachel Tan

Rachel Tan has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rachel started their career as an Operations Intern at XZQT Singapore in 2018. Following that, they worked as a Customer Service Officer at the Ministry of Education, Singapore for a few months in 2019. In 2020, Rachel joined R&B Tea Singapore as a Tea Barista and worked there until 2022. Rachel then interned at BreadTalk Group Pte Ltd in the Corporate Affairs and Communications department for seven months in 2022. Currently, Rachel is working as a Business Development Manager at ShopBack, starting in August 2023.

Rachel Tan's education history begins in 2011, when they obtained their Primary School Leaving Examination from the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board. In 2015, they earned their Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level from the same institution.

From 2016 to 2019, Rachel attended Singapore Polytechnic, where they pursued a Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In May 2019, they also obtained a Certificate in Applied Psychology from Singapore Polytechnic.

Starting in 2019 and continuing until 2023, Rachel is enrolled at Singapore Management University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Marketing and Communications Management.

Rachel has also earned additional certifications throughout their education. In 2016, they obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist for Office Excel certification from Microsoft. In September 2018, they obtained the certification for Maintain Personal Presentation and Employability at Operations Level from Workforce Singapore. In May 2019, they obtained their Diploma in Business Administration from Singapore Polytechnic, and in July 2020, they received the certification for Follow Food and Beverage Safety and Hygiene Policies and Procedures from Workforce Singapore.
