Taosheng Chen

TaoSheng Chen started their work experience in 2001 as the ASCC Grid Computing middleware RD team lead at 中央研究院. In 2006, they became an eBiz specialist at 3M until 2010. From 2010 to 2018, Chen worked as a Sr. Manager (RD) at Trend Micro. Since 2018, they have been the VP of engineering at ShopBack, where they have led and developed strategic initiatives for software development team foundations, built and managed multinational engineering teams, and successfully led high-traffic e-commerce events. Chen has achieved significant results in various functions, such as reducing incidents, establishing incident response processes, and building a Technical Support Team.

TaoSheng Chen completed a Master's degree in Information Management from National Chengchi University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Management from National Central University from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, TaoSheng Chen has also obtained certifications such as the Scrum Master Accredited Certification from the International Scrum Institute™ in August 2016 and the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2012.
