Yuichi Fujiki

Yuichi Fujiki has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Yuichi currently works as a Senior Software Engineer at ShopBack since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at ChaiOne from 2012, where they held multiple roles including Software Architect and Lead iOS Developer. During their time at ChaiOne, they supervised mobile and web projects, mentored engineers, and developed Android and iOS applications for various renowned companies.

Before ChaiOne, Yuichi worked as an iOS Developer at Idea Integration from 2011 to 2012, where they focused on iOS application development. Yuichi also worked as a Software Developer at IBM from 2010 to 2011, where they developed infrastructural applications for a computer vision research project.

During their time at the University of Houston from 2006 to 2011, Yuichi worked as a Research Assistant, leading a mobile fitness application development project. Yuichi was involved in server-side application construction using Ruby on Rails and MS SQL Server. Yuichi Fujiki completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Kyoto University in the year 2000. Yuichi then proceeded to earn a Master of Science degree in Information Science from Kyoto University, which they completed in the year 2002. Following that, they pursued a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Houston, which they successfully obtained in the year 2011.
