Marc Ricks

Marc Ricks has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marc is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at ShopCore Properties, a retail real estate operator. Previously, they held several leadership positions at Sidewalk Labs, where they worked on urban innovation and the development of commercial models for innovations. Marc also worked at Vornado Realty Trust, where they played a key role in transforming the area around Penn Station. Before that, they were the Head of Commercial Strategy at Bloomberg LP and a Senior Advisor to the Mayor/Chief Operating Officer at the City of New York. Marc began their career at McKinsey & Company, where they consulted clients in various industries. Overall, Marc Ricks has extensive experience in real estate, city planning, commercial strategy, and consulting.

Marc Ricks obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Princeton University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from Harvard Business School, completing their studies from 2001 to 2003.
