Bryan Esguerra

Bryan Esguerra has extensive experience in workforce planning and forecasting, currently serving in this capacity at Shopee since April 2022. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Associate Manager at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions and WFM Lead for Capacity Planning at Everise, where responsibilities involved managing forecasting and capacity planning across multiple business lines. Bryan also developed client ramp-up plans and analyzed workload factors at TaskUs as a Workforce Planner. Earlier tenure at Sutherland Global Services as a WFM Senior Specialist included analyzing scheduling requirements and implementing innovative scheduling solutions. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Divine Word College of San Jose, completed in 2015.
