Huong Pham

Huong Pham is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in online marketing and customer relationship management (CRM). Currently serving as the Head of Online Marketing & CRM at Shopee Vietnam, Huong has previously held key positions such as Head of CRM and CRM Manager at Shopee Vietnam, as well as CRM Manager at Lazada Group and Email & CRM Lead at VinEcom - VinGroup. Huong began the career with roles including Online Marketing Specialist at BigC Supercenter and various positions at Lazada Vietnam, including Onsite Campaign Planner and Campaign Strategic Merchandizer. Huong holds dual bachelor's degrees in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and in Finance and Banking from Foreign Trade University.
