Law En Tzer is an experienced marketing and strategy professional with a strong background in growth marketing, analytics, and corporate strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Growth Marketing at Shopee since June 2019, Law En Tzer leads a team of approximately 70 individuals in executing strategic marketing initiatives. Previous roles at Shopee include Manager of Platform User Growth and Marketing Analytics Lead, where responsibilities encompassed user growth and establishing new marketing teams. Prior experience includes managerial positions at UMW and Sasbadi Holdings Berhad, focusing on strategic analysis and corporate strategy. Law En Tzer began a career in investment analysis at Khazanah Nasional and Fieldstone Private Capital Group, with a foundation in mathematics, statistics, and finance from the University of Melbourne.
