Sneha Hegde

Sneha Hegde has been working in the field of talent acquisition since 2014. Sneha began their career at Wenger & Watson Inc. as an Associate Consultant, working as an onsite recruiter at OlaCabs. In 2015, they moved to Instamojo as an HR Manager. In 2019, they took on the role of Lead - HR & TA at TapChief. In 2020, they joined CoinSwitch Kuber as Talent & Culture Lead. In 2021, they became Head of Talent Acquisition - APAC & EMEA at Merkle Science. Currently, they are a Community Member at The Talent Deck and People & Talent Head at shopflo.

Sneha Hegde completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from New Horizon College of Engineering in 2013. Sneha also completed their 10th from Little Rock Indian School, Udupi, Karnataka in 2007.
