Kelsey Menanno

Kelsey Menanno has demonstrated extensive experience in product enablement and customer support within the tech and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Product Enablement Lead at Shopify since April 2019, Kelsey leads a Revenue Enablement team that focuses on product onboarding, market localization, facilitation, and product launch and campaign enablement. Kelsey previously held roles as Support Team Lead and Support Advisor at Advanced Vision from September 2017 to March 2019 and worked as an Optometric Assistant and in Optometric Sales at Unique Vision Centre from April 2016 to September 2017. Kelsey completed the first year of a Sociology degree at Concordia University from 2011 to 2012.
