Oliver Tabay

Oliver Tabay is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Shopify since May 2019, Oliver previously held key positions including President of the Toronto Orienteering Club and VP of Engineering at ChefHero. Prior to these, Oliver worked at Zynga as a Senior Engineering Manager and co-founded Five Mobile Inc. as its CTO. Oliver's career began at Tira Wireless as a Development Manager and included a role as a Senior Developer at classwave. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara, complementing a solid foundation in technology and engineering leadership.
