Rachel Lo

Rachel Lo serves as the Head of Solutions Engineering for AMER at Shopify since June 2021, overseeing six Solutions Engineering teams across various segments and establishing the first global demo developer team. Previously, as Global Head of Enterprise Solutions, Rachel Lo led the launch of the enterprise solutions engineering organization. Experience at Box includes roles as Director of Enterprise Solutions Engineering and Head of Commercial SEs, contributing significantly to team growth and developing product strategies for enterprise and healthcare solutions. Earlier career roles include Product Area Lead at Epic and Business Strategy Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton. Rachel Lo holds degrees from Emory University and Castilleja School and is a three-time President's Club award recipient.
