Michelle Li is currently a Product Manager and Solution Expert at Shoplazza, starting in February 2024. Previously, Michelle worked as a Business Development Manager at Omnichat from April 2022 to September 2024 and at APSIS from June 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes a Front Desk Clerk position at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong (October 2017 - May 2021), where Michelle was recognized as the top up-seller and top membership enroller from 2018 to 2020. Michelle began the career with roles in the hospitality sector, including as a Hopewell Hospitality Trainee and Promotion Executive at Opus Two Entertainment Ltd. Education includes a Master’s in Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management from HTMi Hotel and Tourism Management Institute Switzerland.
