Nicol Ong

Nicol Ong is a skilled logistics professional with extensive experience in the logistics and sales sectors. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at SHOPLINE since September 2022, Nicol oversees the country’s profit and loss, strategic growth, and various aspects of marketing, customer service, finance, and product management. Prior to this role, Nicol was Senior Sales Manager at Easyship from March 2019 to September 2022, managing Singapore's P&L and establishing partnerships with eCommerce platforms. Earlier positions include Account Executive at FedEx and TNT, focusing on customer relationship development and revenue growth, along with technical support at Singtel and customer care at StarHub. Nicol holds a Diploma in Retail Management from the Singapore Institute of Retail Studies.
