Robert M. has held a variety of positions in different companies. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Analytical Chemist Internee at Comet Healthcare. Robert then worked as a Direct Sales Representative at CFC Stanbic Bank Limited from 2013 to 2014. After that, they were a Quality Control Analyst at Orbit Chemical Industries Limited from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been the Manufacturing and Laboratory Manager at SOKO, where they are responsible for implementing and maintaining production systems, driving functional excellence of the production team, and ensuring occupational health and safety policies are followed. Additionally, they are also a Senior Laboratory Technician at SOKO, responsible for calibrating, validating, and maintaining laboratory equipment, reagents, standards, labware, and disposables.

Robert M. completed a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry at Kenyatta University in 2011.
