Ale Quintero is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ale Quintero was the Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, focusing on innovations in health and human services from April 2021 to June 2023. Ale Quintero also held the position of Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, emphasizing a reimagined approach to health insurance from March 2019 to April 2021. As a Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. between February 2018 and February 2019, Ale Quintero contributed to the establishment of the company.
