Rick Cardinale

Rick Cardinale, CFE, is an experienced owner and master captain at Gasparilla Boat Tours and Shore Thing Tiki Cruises since 2023 and 2020, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Franchise Business Consultant at Neighborly® from 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities involved onboarding, training, and analyzing key performance metrics to enhance operational excellence and brand integrity. Cardinale also held multiple positions at Clockwork, Inc. from 2010 to 2018, contributing to franchise growth through site visits, strategic planning, and customer experience improvements. Earlier roles include ownership and management at Aladina LLC, senior payroll consulting at PEMCO, and financial analysis at TriNet, along with technical experience as an installation technician.
