Kaleel Neal

Kaleel Neal has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Kaleel worked as a Program Coordinator and Director of the Two Generation Whole Family Approach Program at SHORE UP! Inc. from September 2019 till present. Kaleel also served as a Social Work BHIPP Intern at Chesapeake Health Care from August 2018 to September 2019, where they conducted intakes, provided counseling, and monitored client progress. As a Graduate Assistant of TRiO Achieve SSS Academic Coach at Salisbury University from June 2018 to September 2019, Kaleel provided academic counseling and coaching to TRiO students, facilitating workshops and advising them on course and major selection. Prior to that, they worked as a social work intern at W.I.N Family Services Therapeutic Foster Care Agency from August 2017 to May 2018, where they assisted with medical compliance, coordinated services with mental health providers, and supported clients in community functioning skills. Kaleel also had experience as a Technical Assistant at Bowie State University's Office of Research and Sponsored Programs from June 2015 to June 2017, where they provided administrative support and assisted with events and conferences. Lastly, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Bowie State University from May 2015 to May 2017, focusing on resident support, community development, and enforcing policies and regulations.

Kaleel Neal earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Work from Bowie State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Kaleel further pursued higher education and obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from Salisbury University, which they completed from 2018 to 2019.
