Lori Beretta

Lori Beretta is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as General Manager at Shorenstein Realty Services in One Oxford Centre since January 2016. Previously, Lori held the position of Senior Real Estate Manager/Asset Services at CBRE, managing properties at 225 North Shore Drive and 11 Stanwix in Pittsburgh from June 2012 to January 2016. From January 2005 to June 2012, Lori was Senior Property Manager at Continental Realty/Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing The Waterfront Property. As Regional Manager at Continental Communities from January 2000 to January 2005, Lori trained and managed daily operations for four luxury apartment communities totaling 1,110 units. Earlier experience includes serving on the Senior Management Team at Hoban Realty, where a $4 million renovation of The Clark Building was executed, and as Property Manager at Sentinel Real Estate, focusing on leasing and corporate marketing from April 1993 to March 1998.
