Jay Cofax

Jay Cofax has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jay started their career at BT Global Services, where they held the positions of LAN Solution Implementation & Integration Engineer and Advanced Apprenticeship in IT Services and Development. During this time, they gained hands-on experience with the installation of telephone systems, Cisco router and switch configuration, and earned various certifications.

Jay then moved on to TSA Telco Group, where they worked briefly as a Sales Representative. After that, they joined Shortcuts Software as a 1st level Helpdesk Technician, providing technical support to clients.

In 2015, Jay transitioned into a sales role at Shortcuts Software as a New Business Sales Consultant in Queensland, responsible for generating new business through direct selling and networking. Jay later advanced to the position of Senior New Business Sales Consultant - North & London in 2017, expanding their sales responsibilities even further.

Throughout their career, Jay demonstrated expertise in sales, customer service, and technical support, particularly in the Hair & Beauty industry.
