Alice Gatignol

Head Of Customer Care at Shotgun

Alice Gatignol has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Alice began their career as a Legal Assistant at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in 2016. In 2017, they were a Communication and Events Manager at Stella and Dot, and a Jurist at Boult Wade Tennant, where they were responsible for research, monitoring, and legal advice for the protection of brands of international customers. In 2019, they were a Jurist at La Cimade and a Customer Success Manager at Okarito. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Care and a Customer Success Manager at Shotgun.

Alice Gatignol obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Reading in 2013, majoring in Law. Alice then went on to pursue a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law at SOAS University of London, which they completed in 2015. In April 2020, Alice also obtained a certification in International Women's Health and Human Rights from Stanford University.
